Video Resume a new course

Video resume or video CVs offers you a more sophisticated screening process in which by 60 seconds video of candidate you can know about their skills and qualities like (communication, appearance, personality) even before calling them for an interview and further processes. Video resume helps to make the whole recruitment process more cost and time-efficient, for candidates it gives chance to highlight themselves more as recruiters also aim for people who are changing and moving on with current trends rather than sticking to traditional paper resume. Of course, since it is a controlled environment, you can appear unruffled and confident, and you will come off as highly competent for the job..

Recruiters can save a lot of time and judge if they want to continue with the candidate and call for further process and can control the first impression better than a stressful meeting. It also helps in making the documentation part simpler where you don’t have to save large piles of resume. Hiring managers can watch, listen, learn, and make decisions based on what’s presented on a visual platform—in other words, a candidate’s “performance.”
