Qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing) /CA
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Location: Mumbai

Job description
 Assisting the Management in setting Business/Income Targets and discuss/communicate strategic issues with senior functionaries.
 Leading the sales effort of the Business Development teams to meet business goals.
 Implementation of marketing strategies and creating product awareness and visibility in the market. Increasing market share, co-ordinating with other group entities/ shareholder banks/ financial institutions to exploit the opportunities for cross-selling of factoring services. Identify business segments/clusters for further market penetration
 Allocating resources for maximum impact.
 Establishing profitable relationships to attract business that fulfills Company’s credit standards.
 Helping in design and roll out of new/innovative products for the market.
 Developing vision and strategic direction to serve the top corporate / clients / customers of the Company through Relationship Management. Maximising the value of each client/customer relationship and mutual benefits.
 To initiate measures for increase of business and profitability and for marketing of new business. To interact with Credit, Client Services and IT departments at the Corporate Office to facilitate development of new products and services for clients/customers.
 To ensure that Annual Business Plans are prepared for periodical review of the performance.
 To assist in putting in place adequate risk management systems and practices at the Branch and ensure that adequate Systems and Procedures are in place in the branch.
 To seek feedback from clients/customers and ensure high quality of client/customer service in the branch.
 To keep abreast of the marketing, pricing strategies of the competitors and their range of products and services. To initiate appropriate measures to increase market share.
