Vice President - Real Estate asset Management, 8 to 13 years in Bangalore

Job Description

• Lead a team of asset management professionals in strategizing, managing and implementing key initiatives for PropShare’s existing and future portfolio of real estate assets and businesses.
• Work collaboratively with joint venture partners, property managers and consultants in leasing vacant units in the portfolio.
• Demonstrate strong and clear judgement in underwriting and negotiating rents, lease tenures, lock-ins, escalations and other lease structures while creating value for investors with respect to the original underwritten business plan and model.
• Work closely with existing tenants and their respective real estate teams to streamline invoicing, rent collection, lease expiries and rent escalations in-line with the tenancy agreement in-place and avoid disruptions in rent distribution to investors.
