Job description
  • Collect and meticulously review invoices from the Procurement Department, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms, against purchase orders, contracts, rate lists, and quotations.
  • Process invoices promptly, adhering to payment schedules and company policies.
  • Effectively communicate with procurement and other departments to resolve discrepancies and
  • address inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting as needed.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate various reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit requirements.
  • Independently perform AP accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain and verify records of the Fixed Assets Register and their respective locations.
  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to the master list.
  • Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Employees Imprest accounts handling and coordinating with them for bills.
  • Daily collection report match with our student receipts on day-to-day basis branches.
  • Expenses entry in book in ERP and cross check the invoices.
  • Check all expenses against budget and seek verification on exceptions.
