Position: Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing
Qualification: BE/B.Tech, MBA
Experience: 12 to 14 years

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • To generate sales in the assigned region, ensure revenue targets are met, maintaining the right balance between quality & quantity of sales.
  • To create and manage the business by understanding present and future business opportunities with effective marketing tools.
  • To move aggressively in the assigned region with proper coverage of the potential clients and tapping of business opportunities with effective marketing tools for business
  • development.
  • To have the understanding & ability to introduce, establish & stabilize new products to new clientele (corporates / Key accounts) through right marketing approach & strategy.
  • To have a strong grip on the business, customers , personal presence in the market to have a strong competitor intelligence, collection of market potential data of assigned segment / region and keeping track of competition for effective inputs in strategizing business.
  • To deploy Marketing strategies at segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business goals of the organization.
  • To understand best practices in the industry and bringing them on-board.

Required Candidate profile –
  • Candidate from copper or metal industry will be preferred with good understanding of Techno-commercial terms & conditions.
  • Must be aware of various sales & order booking process such as offer preparation, negotiation, customer visit, order execution, invoicing & collection.
  • Experience of managing institutional & multinational customers.
  • Good understanding of Techno-commercial terms & conditions.
  • Must have handled customer negotiations & order booking independently.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Experience of selling manufacturing/engineering/industrial products.
