Position: Sr Manager - MIS and Decision support system
Qualification: CA

Job description

  • Finalize the MIS / Forecast and other key reports to Top Management (CEO and CXOs) to enable management take right / timely decisions.
  • Responsible to consolidate the financial performance of the business through timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Establish and enforce proper MIS reporting systems and budgets.
  • Responsible for Analysis of MIS reports and financials
  • MIS Analysis of performance against internal and external benchmarks and reporting variances, risks, challenges & exceptions to the management for supporting in timely and well informed decision making.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and management information systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Closely work with CXOs in finalizing the budget for company
  • Finalize the budget.
  • Prepare regular Forecast.
  • Submit Forecast Vs Actual
  • Ensuring that the budget presents a true and fair view by capturing all initiatives and plans.
  • Implementing system and processes in MIS to achieve automation.
  • Guide the Finance and Accounts team to ensure for proper submission of data to ensure the MIS to top management is accurate.
  • Work with CFO / Head of finance / VP Finance on new initiatives including.,
  • M&A opportunities
  • New projects initiatives etc.,
  • Analyzing impact of all strategic action and highlighting risk and challenges to the management on timely basis
Expectation:
  • The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our financial information systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of financial data.
  • The candidate needs to be highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
Competencies:
  • Should be adept with financial analysis and planning
  • Good with technology like Excel, PPT and ERP
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good accounting, IndAS and other functional knowledge
  • Closely work with Business FP&A teams to achieve business performance
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
