Job description
The role’s core functions are :

1. Preparing Letter of Intent for sub-contractor / work order
2. Managing bills payable to the sub-contractor
3. Managing client billing and receivables
4. Reconciling Inter-Branch accounts
5. Managing TDS compliance

KEY DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES

IMPLEMENTATION % OF TIME SPEND – 70%

• Manage and supervise sub-contractor account related to letter of intent, work order and bills payable
• Manage client billing and receivables
• Implement sub-contractor / client software for better monitoring accounting activities
• Manage TDS payment and periodic returns
• Coordination with site for periodic review and reconciliation of site accounts
• Reconcile and verify Inter-Branch accounting transaction

Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Accounts (SC & CB)

Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Head Office – Mumbai
Reportees: Asst. Manager, Jr. Officer, Accounts Assistant
Reports to: GM – Finance & Accounts

MANAGERIAL % OF TIME SPEND – 20%

• Responsible for selection, training and appraisal of department staff
• Helping department in managing and maintaining management information system

OTHERS % OF TIME SPEND – 10%

• Preparing all updated finance and accounts related analytics and matrices for management information system purpose
• Visit other Brach Office / Site Location

REPORTING
• This position reports to General Manager – Finance & Accounts / Director - Finance
• Team of Accounts staff including Assistant Manager, Junior Officer and Accounts Assistant report to this position
