Job Description
Position: Sr.Manager Finance
Qualification: MBA,PGDM
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Pune
Job description:
(1) Reviews financial reports, Prepares financial forecasts, Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance\'s and Assists management to make financial decisions.
(2) Working Capital management under Consortium including preparation of proposal/arrangement/negotiation with banks/ optimize financial cost.(3) Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecast financial health of the company. Monitoring of all Current Accounts of Company where Loan availed/ Not availed.
(4) Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios. Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
(5) Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies. Present MIS to management regarding present financial status of inflow and outflow.
(6) Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
(7) Arranging Consortium Meetings and Timely replies to banker\'s query. Regular Bank Visit for compliance Completion etc. Maintain cordial relation with all bankers.
(8) Correspondence with all Project Financing Banks.
(9) Follow up for Pre and Post disbursement conditions of Working Capital. Develop budgets that will keep the company\'s costs down.
(10) Bank Guarantee Progress Report/Bank Compliance etc.Preference will be given to Immediate
