Sr. Manager / AGM - Accounts (Finalization), 7 to 12 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Finalization of Accounts of Listed entity
• Statutory Compliances, Return Fillings
• Handling & Resolving Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Statutory Audits (Big 4)
• Cost Audits, Providing data for cost audits
• Through knowledge of INDAS, Balance Sheet Preparation & Checking
• Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Preparing profit & loss statements / reports & Other MIS reports
• Compilation of various accounts related data
• Liaisoning with External / Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, External Parties / Vendors
• Assisting Head of Accounts on day to day basis

• Experience - Minimum 8-10 years of working experience post CA
• Mentoring and giving on job support / training to Junior Accounts Team
• Excellent in MS Excel and latest formula’s
• Should be proactive, excellent team member, should have analytical skills
• Should have knowledge of ERP / SAP related software
