Role : Sr. Manager - Accounts & Tax - CA
Location : Pune
Qualification : CA
Experience : 6 to 7 years
Job Description :
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with IND AS.
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Preparation and review financial statements and MIS reports as per the requirement.
- Ensuring accounting compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other relevant laws and
- Cashflow, Budgeting and Other reporting requirements.
Taxation:
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
- Ensure timely filing of returns, advance tax payments, and assessments.
- Handle tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and coordination with consultants.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business and leading the team.
