Job Description :
• Draft, monitor, and review contracts independently.
• Provide contract management services, including conflict resolution, legal advice, and contract renewal.
• Ensure contract compliance and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage board meeting agendas, minutes, and regulatory filings.
• Provide legal, financial, and strategic advice.
• Maintain statutory books and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers.
• Implement effective management processes and systems.
