Role & responsibilities
- Invoice Checking & Processing
- Vendor Payment processing
- JE preparing and processing
- Processing of Debit & Credit Notes
- Cash voucher checking & posting.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Internal MIS
- Monthly TDS / GST working
- Reconciliation of Statutory payments (GST/TDS/ESI/PF/PT)
- Monthly GL Scrutiny
- Site Visit (in case required) for Audit purpose.
- Vendor account Reconciliation / Clearing
- Inventory Verification
- Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation, SAP etc.
