Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day legal support on routine matters as part of the global Corporate legal team of Company.
2. Contract Management:a. Assisting in drafting, reviewing and validating various MSA, Contract Change Requests, Amendments, SOWs, Work Orders and provide the insights. Coordinate with internal team form initiation till the execution of these contract documents.b. Identify the risk associated with the non-compliance of contractual obligation.c. Contract abstraction and summarisation, administer and manage contracts post-execution. Track and monitor contract deliverable and obligation compliance.d. Address contractual queries from engagement stakeholders in case of any ambiguity. Provide clarity on contract language by conducting contract research.
3. Advisory:a. Assist in advising management & conduct research respect of legal issues as and when the same is required for smooth functioning of the business.b. Interface with external and internal stakeholders for the adequacy of coverage and support
4. Documentation: Maintaining updates of all cases and contracts for management review.
5. General:a. Support general corporate and administrative activities within the Legal team.b Perform related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Prior legal experience in private practice or in-house.
- Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent research and analytical skills on legal propositions.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and/or sensitive business information and handle work with utmost integrity.
