Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Finalization and preparation of accounts (Standalone and Consolidated) monthly, quarterly and annually;
- Preparation of other related financial reporting requirements w.r.t Standalone, Group, and regulatory requirements;
- Preparation of various notes for Audit Committee, Board and Shareholders
- Assist in getting Internal Audit & Statutory Audit (quarterly) completed
- Any other allied activities.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS - Sch III, IGAAP & USGAAP
- Knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR
- Hands on knowledge in excel functions and ERP packages/SAP
- Ability to work independently
