Role : Senior Manager Corporate Secretarial
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : CS
Experience : 6 to 7 years
Job Description :
Manage and ensure end-to-end secretarial and statutory compliances for 4–5 Public Listed Companies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory guidelines under the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant regulations.
Timely filing of statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with regulatory authorities.
Organize, coordinate, and facilitate Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
Draft and maintain agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other meeting documentation.
Liaise with Board Members and senior management to ensure effective governance and communication.
Implement and monitor best practices in corporate governance.
Prepare and finalize the Annual Report in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes, and key corporate documents.
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Practicing Company Secretaries, ROC, Consultants, and other stakeholders.
Handle compliances related to Rights Issue and other corporate actions.
