We are looking for an experienced and strategic Junior Legal to manage the firms legal practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep legal expertise, leadership capabilities, and client-handling experience to oversee end-to-end legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide direction to legal teams across practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
manage the legal practice areas of the firm including corporate law, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, M&A, advisory services and IBC compliance,NCLT.
Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients across sectors.
Monitor and ensure high-quality drafting and review of agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
Supervise case strategy & legal research
Ensure compliance with Bar Council regulations, client confidentiality, and ethical practice standards.
