Job description
Responsibilities:-
- Invoice Generation - Create and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Record and Reconcile Receivables - Maintain precise records of receivable transactions and reconcile discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
- Tax Compliance Management- Demonstrate proficiency in handling GST, TDS, and governmental filings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Resolve Payment Discrepancies- Investigate and address discrepancies in payments promptly and accurately.
- Address Billing Issues - Verify and resolve clients\' billing concerns efficiently to maintain positive relationships.
- Ledger Maintenance - Update and maintain accounting ledgers as per organizational requirements.
- Conduct Ledger Audits- Perform regular audits on ledgers to validate information such as billing addresses and invoice numbers.
- Collaborate with Management - Engage with management to address any accounts receivable issues encountered and seek resolution.
- Collections Initiation - Proactively initiate collections on overdue accounts to minimize financial risk.
- Bookkeeping and Accounting Software Management- Post and maintain accurate Books of Accounts using Tally and internal accounting software.
- Scrutinize Ledger Entries - Conduct thorough examination of ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Ensure Confidentiality - Uphold confidentiality standards to safeguard the organization\'s sensitive financial information and assets.
Work Experience - 4-5 years in Finance & Accounts.
