Job Description :
Drafting, negotiating and finalization of agreements, contracts, specially, Power Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, EPC contracts, Tender documents, Commercial Contracts, O&M Agreements, Bank Guarantees, NDAs, etc. of the Company. Review of regulatory correspondence as well as correspondence with customers, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters. Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externallyMonitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate. Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders. JOB SPECIFICATIONSEssential Qualification: Should possess bachelor’s degree of LawExperience: Minimum of 7 to 8 years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or managementProducts to be handled: Online Contract Lifecycle Management SystemHandling & Managing all Contracts for First Energy Private Limited (FEPL)Drafting and Vetting of various Agreements and Amendment thereto and coordinating with businesses with respect to the same. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES OF THE JOBDemonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skillsRobust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to meet project objectives within designated constraintsShould be hardworking and meticulous in workBusiness PartneringTech SavvyGood Communication SkillsResearch and analytical skillsGood team playerExperience/ ExposureShould have exposure in working in a EPC or manufacturing Company or Corporate Law Firm dealing with Energy transactions;Should have experience in handling various agreements and legal documentation. Should have experience in managing litigations, Legal Notices, etc. Should be good in legal research and advisory. Exposure in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and JV matters will be an added advantage.
