Job Description :
Drafting, negotiating and finalization of agreements, contracts, specially, Power Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, EPC contracts, Tender documents, Commercial Contracts, O&M Agreements, Bank Guarantees, NDAs, etc. of the Company. Review of regulatory correspondence as well as correspondence with customers, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters. Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externallyMonitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate
