Job description
The candidates duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be:
1. Calculation of monthly payroll and compliance with payroll.
2. Filing GST, TDS, PF & ESIC, PT Return Filling, GST 2B Reconciliation, and Tax Payment.
3. Prepare and maintain various MIS as per the requirement of management.
4. Compute weekly and monthly incentives for staff.
5. Review of Monthly Books of Accounts.
6. Preparation of Daily Sales and Cash Flow.
Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:
1. Good written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write a basic email
2. Should have handled accounts work in the non-financial sector. Should know about the above
3. Proficient with MS Office(specifically Word, Excel), Email writing and Tally.
4. Candidates born after 1994
5. If a person is a CA dropout we can stretch our budget. This will be preferred.
6. Immediate joiners would be given priority we can accept candidates upto 45days notice period as well
7. Candidate may be required to visit client locations as well if required for meetings or accounting work
8. Candidate must stay nearby (His traveling time to the office shouldnt be more than 60 mins)
9. In case the candidate requires leave we can give leave up to 10 days in the next 1 year.
Work Policy:
1. 6 days working with (2nd and 4th Saturday off and Sundays off in a month). Will have to adhere to GST Deadlines.
2. Timings 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (Might have to stretch during the deadlines by an hour if required)
