  • Operation and control of the projects and providing adequateguidance to the project teams.
  • Managing periodic reporting requirements of Rolling Forecasts,budgets and variance analysis.
  • Effectively manage the cash position, cash flow from operatingactivities
  • Evaluation of OPEX/CAPEX proposals for existing and new businessventures.
  • Dealing with issues related to direct and indirect taxes, legaland statutory compliances.
  • Prepare and analyze business models to supporting Business UnitManagement on strategy and decision making.
  • Handling statutory and internal audits.
  • Managing reporting requirements and alignments with variousinternal, external and Head Quarters stakeholders.
  • Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls andsupporting information systems of the corporation, as well as automation of thefinance function.
  • Developing, training, and leading the finance team within theregion.
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

  • Youshould have minimum experience of 10-14 years along with CA/ICWA/ MBA from areputed institute handling of medium to large infrastructure or railway projects.
  • Pretendering activities and submission of offers for mid to large sized projects.
  • Preparingmodels and scenarios for long gestation projects with investment outlays.
  • Collatingthe costing and pricing calculations.
  • Ensuringthat all the risks/opportunities are identified and included as part ofcalculations along with mitigation measures and action plans.
  • Finalizingthe Offer documentation like Financial Forms etc. and ensuring that all biddocumentation is complete.
  • Reviewingand evaluating the customer terms and arranging for relevant internal approvalsbased on the Limits of Authority (LoA) and, business risk class, Credit Adminprocess. Ensuring that all the process related compliances are met with respectto offer compilation
  • Wellversed with PM tools like LoA tool and PM processes like LoA approvals anddocumentation
  • Supportduring tender / offer stage in LoA, CF, EMD, Bid Bonds, offer calculations etc.along with coordination with corporate departments.
  • Discussionswith corporate departments viz, taxes, insurance, logistics etc and ensureinclusion of their feedback in the offer calculations to achieve acomprehensive bid preparation.
  • Creatinga repository and mapping of similar bids in terms of conditions, specificationsto create a future reference for similar projects.
  • Reviewingcontract requirements from an execution perspective and supporting the projectmanagers in claim and change order management
