Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the family office\'s investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial goals and risk appetite.
- Monitor asset allocation and make strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to family office investments and financial activities.
- Conduct in-depth equity research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Handle banking relationships and ensure efficient management of banking operations.
- Oversee fund transfers, financial transactions, and risk assessments.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for the family office.
- Coordinate financial affairs, including estate planning, tax structuring, and wealth management.
- Work closely with legal, tax, and financial advisors to optimize financial planning.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the family regarding investment performance and financial planning.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Must possess a Master degree, MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent financial qualification.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in PMS Fund Management, with deep knowledge of research analyst.
- Excellent understanding of investment management regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Strong understanding of equity markets and investment products.
Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and technical analysis.
