Corporate Secretarial & Compliance

 Drafting and Preparing of Minutes, Notices and Agenda for all Board, General Meetings, Audit Committee meetings.
 Compliance with all Legal and Statutory requirements, including filings with the ROC of various e-forms such as MGT-7, AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL, DIR-12, PAS-3, MGT-14, etc on MCA 21 Portal.
 Compliances For DIN and DSC of the Directors.
 Compliances and filing Forms for Creation, Modification and Satisfaction of Charges With the ROC.
 Experience with XBRL, 
 Drafting various resolutions for the Board and General Meetings.
 Maintenance of Statutory books and registers under the Companies Act, 2013.
 Preparation of Board Report and its annexures, Corporate Governance and Annual report.
 Drafting of documents with respect to Name Change of existing Company and Shifting of Registered Office of the Company – state to state and within the same city and filing of relevant forms.Audit
 Conducting Secretarial Audits in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
 Filing of various LLP Forms, Compliance of LLP regulations 
 Preparing and filing of Annual Returns and Statement of Accounts, to maintain compliance with LLP regulations.
 Compliances with the Laws and Rules of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
