1. Company Law Compliance Management
· Oversee incorporation of companies, LLPs, and Section 8 entities via SPICe+ and FiLLiP forms.
· Ensure timely filing of annual returns (MGT-7, AOC-4, LLP Form 11, etc.).
· Monitor compliance with statutory registers, board resolutions, and ROC filings.
?2. MCA Filing & Documentation
· Supervise preparation and filing of MCA forms (DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, CHG-1, etc.).
· Review documentation for share allotments, capital changes, and charge registration.
· Maintain client-wise MCA filing trackers and alert clients on due dates.
?3. Certification & Legal Drafting
· Draft and review certificates under Companies Act (e.g., commencement of business, solvency, shareholding).
· Prepare board resolutions, minutes, and notices for AGMs/EGMs.
· Ensure documentation aligns with MCA guidelines and firm SOPs.
?4. Team Supervision & Review
· Allocate tasks to article assistants and junior staff for MCA filings and client coordination.
· Review drafts before submission and ensure error-free filings.
· Conduct internal training on MCA portal usage, e-signing, and compliance updates.
?5. Client Coordination & Advisory
· Act as primary contact for clients regarding ROC compliance, director changes, and capital restructuring.
· Advise on applicability of sections, exemptions, and procedural timelines.
· Escalate complex matters to senior partners and coordinate resolutions.
?6. Statutory Registrations & Modifications
· Manage PAN, TAN, GST, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax registrations for new entities.
· Handle modifications like address change, director addition/removal, and business object updates.
· Track registration timelines and follow up with departments.
?7. MIS & Reporting to Partners
· Prepare monthly MIS reports on client-wise compliance status, pending filings, and registrations.
· Highlight high-risk cases and recommend corrective actions.
· Present dashboards for partner-level reviews and client meetings.
⚙️8. Process Improvement & Automation
· Suggest improvements in client onboarding, document collection, and filing workflows.
· Explore automation tools (e.g., MCA V3 portal integrations, Excel trackers, e-sign platforms).
