Job Description : 
Should be well versed with SEBI’s Risk Management framework dated 27-09-2021 and its
implementation in addition to all the AMFI circulars and SEBI’s Master circulars.
· Should have the ability to present the Risks to the AMC and the Trustee Boards on
Quarterly basis and to various committees like Risk Management committee, Investment
committee as and when they are held.
· Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to
mitigate risks.
· Analyze transactions, internal reports and financial information for potential fraud risks.
· Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations
· Evaluate Risk control self assessment of each department pertaining to Mutual Fund
business.
· Identify and address risk issues and weakness in existing products, policies and processes.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks
and accomplishing the company’s goals and objectives.
· Provide training and technical support to employees regarding risk management strategies
and programs.
· Liaison with Auditors, and stakeholders
· Ensure effectiveness of Business Continuity Plans on quarterly basis.
· Key Contributor to establishing the evolving risk culture.
