Job Description

• Review of secretarial documents viz board meeting documents, Shareholders meeting documents
• Primarily responsible for compliance of secretarial matters on time
• Client Engagement
• Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters

• Qualified CS
• Preferably with LLB

• Service Orientation Should be aware of both - the internal as well as external customers and their needs; and is committed to meeting the customers evolving, long-term needs the focus is on SERVICE
