Job Description :
- Assist in developing **annual audit plans** based on risk assessment.
- Conduct **process walkthroughs and risk assessments** to identify key control areas.
- Execute internal audit engagements across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Prepare and maintain detailed **working papers and audit documentation**.
• *Control Evaluation & Reporting**:
- Identify **control weaknesses**, non-compliance, and inefficiencies in business processes.
- Draft clear and concise **audit reports**, including findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Present audit findings to management and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• *Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure adherence to **internal policies, procedures**, and regulatory requirements.
- Support **SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)** or similar compliance testing, where applicable.
- Conduct audits related to **fraud detection, procurement, fixed assets, payroll, and revenue** processes.
• *Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement**:
- Perform **data analytics and trend analysis** to identify risk indicators or unusual transactions.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance **efficiency, accuracy**, and **risk mitigation**.
- Participate in **special reviews, investigations**, or **ad hoc audits** as requested by management.
