Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Media Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media and entertainment industry and provide expert legal counsel on matters involving intellectual property, defamation, content regulation, advertising law, talent agreements, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drafting and negotiation of various Agreements including but not limiting to Production Service, Licenses, Acquisitions.
2. Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
3. Advising business team on various legal and commercial issues pertaining to intellectual property rights and other contractual rights and obligations.
4. Coordinating with Clients. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints
5. Handling ancillary Non Litigation work.
The candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage a demanding workload with strict deadlines & shall possess the skills of managing a team smoothly.
