Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all aspects of guest bookings, ensuring a seamless reservation process from inquiry to check-out.
2. Implement strategies to optimise booking conversions and maximise occupancy rates across Veda5 properties.
3. Monitor booking platforms and channels to stay informed about availability, rates, and guest preferences.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with online travel agencies, negotiating contracts and securing advantageous placements.
5. Collaborate with OTAs to develop promotional campaigns, special offers, and packages to attract guests and drive bookings.
6. Monitor OTA performance metrics and provide regular reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
7. Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
8. Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and testimonials, leveraging satisfied guests as brand advocates.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a focus on online bookings and OTA management.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
● Passion for hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
