Manager / Senior Manager - Legal, 10 to 15 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Contract Vetting: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements to ensure they meet the company\'s requirements and mitigate potential risks.
• Legal Advisory: Serve as the primary legal advisor on all matters, providing sound and pragmatic legal advice to various departments, including senior management.
• IPO Legal Due Diligence: Lead the legal due diligence process in preparation for the company\'s IPO, ensuring all legal aspects are addressed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Litigation Management: Oversee all litigation matters, including strategy development and managing external counsel, to protect the company\'s interests.
• White Paper Contribution: Collaborate with the CEO\'s Office in drafting white papers on legal topics, contributing to thought leadership and strategic direction.

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is required.
• A Company Secretary (CS) qualification is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment or a law firm with exposure to corporate law, IPO processes, and litigation management.
