Role & responsibilities
• Advised the company on legal matters such as Criminal, Civil, Summary Suit, Consumer,
and Labour Matters
• Practical Knowledge of Various Courts, tribunals & Forums such as High Court, Consumer Courts District Courts & CAT proceedings
• Basic Knowledge of Trade Marks Proceedings
• Drafting of Affidavits, Applications, Writ petitions, written statement, Plaint, Arguments, Replication, etc
• Drafted, Vetted, Redlined and negotiated Service agreements, Vendor Agreement, Rent Agreement,
MOUs, LOI, Lease Deed, & Agreement on behalf of the company.
• Drafting of legal notices, Reply to Legal Notices, Reply to Official Notices
• Handling matters at all India level and dealing with advocates and briefing the case and the company\'s viewpoint on the case
• Briefing and giving the legal opinion on various legal cases
• Drafting & maintaining Legal MIS & PPT.
• Advised company on achieving statutory compliance by interpreting regulations, suggesting company
policies and distributing literature on compliant work practices.
• Assessed proposed actions and employee conduct for potential liability and offered suggestions for risk management and remedy.
• Researched, wrote and filed motions, writs and briefs for each case.
• Communicated with clients and collected information to research cases and prepared settlement offers.
• Analysed probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Minimized risk exposure through careful advice on business operations and strategic plans.
• Apprised management of potential risks and costs associated with each course of action.
• Interpreted laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Preferred candidate profile .
Candidate must have good knowledge of RERA Acts.
Good Communication skills.
Candidate from facility management company will be preferred.
