Role & responsibilities
- Manage Litigation (DCRF/SCDRC/NCDRC/Civil Courts/High Courts/Supreme Court)
- Manage Appeals & Court Order Compliances
- Manage drafting and vetting of agreements
- Manage Ombudsman cases & Award Compliances
- Manage proper liaising with Panel Lawyers
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should be comfortable with work form office
- Should be from insurance background ( mandatory)
- Candidate should have minimum experience of 5 years
