Job Description

• Litigation regarding PFA Act as well as new food safety and standards act.
• Need to take care for Food safety licenses of all plants , parlors & cold rooms-renewal of agreement and modification.
• Litigations regarding trademark and standard of registration trademark.
• Having knowledge of Gujarat Co-operative Society Act.
• Proactively review old brand agreements, agency agreements (like advertising agencies, IT consultants, etc.), provide feedback, analysis and suggest improvements to strengthen them in favor of the company.
• Oversee lease deeds of ice cream parlor establishments, warehousing, manufacturing facilities etc along with that should have basic knowledge of lease deed registration proceedings before the sub -registrar.
• Having basic knowledge of civil, criminal, Nclt. food safety litigations and procedure.
• Preferred Industry: Food/FMCG/Dairy
• Should be ready to sign a bond.
