Job Description :
Manager-Group Legal, you will serve as a trusted in-house legal advisor, delivering comprehensive, timely, and strategic legal services to various business units within Collaborative Engagement Actively engage with cross-functional business teams to identify legal risks, provide guidance, and co-develop practical solutions that facilitate business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. Process Enhancement: Lead initiatives to introduce and monitor best practices such as contract standardisation, deployment of templates, and the establishment of robust risk management frameworks across divisions. Legal Awareness: Develop and conduct educational workshops and awareness sessions aimed at enhancing business teams understanding of legal obligations and contractual best practices. Contractual Excellence: Take ownership of contract drafting, review, risk assessment, negotiation, and execution. Provide authoritative legal advice regarding potential contractual conflicts and undertake dispute resolution efforts to minimise organisational exposure. Leadership in Dispute Resolution
