Job description

Position Summary
  1. Preparation of financials with complete note of accounts and review of financials.
  2. Consolidation experience of more than working 30 Companies preferred, Knowledge about consolidation adjustments such as elimination, line by line consolidation, JV and asscociate consolidation, minority holding, subsidiary acquisition and sold out, merger and demerger.
  3. Dealing with Statutory Auditor for SA and Consolidated Financial statements with complete notes on accounts.
  4. Having good knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS mainly of Ind AS 115 and Ind AS 116, if implemented the same would be preferred
  5. Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 as required for Financial Reporting Profile.
  6. Having knowledge of Internal Financial Control and CARO and dealing with Auditor for closure
  7. Good Knowledge of SAP is mandatory, and BPC Implementation (Financial automation) also preferred.
  8. Support to various stakeholders for Board meetings, AGM and statutory filings and bid filings
  9. Having good Communication skills as role requirement is to deal with Internal and External Stakeholders
  10. Good review skills
  11. Experience of working in strict timelines
  12. Knowledge of MS office, Good Excel and Power point is required for role
  13. Job Location is Gurugram office.
  14. Having Knowledge of Finance process i.e. Payables, Receivables, Provisioning, Capitalization, Valuation Models, Business Model understanding and SAP for extracting information wrt preparation of Financial statement.
  15. Person should be direct face of Statutory Auditors and with above skills are mandatory for dealing with auditors for closure of Financial statements and other audit requirements
Position Demands
  • Should be a qualified CA
  • SAP Knowledge is a must.
  • Expertise knowledge in INDAS & Valuation
  • 3-6 years of Experience in Financial Reporting
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Align with company strategic objective evaluating the applicability of standards and guidance notes.
  • Drive the consolidation of different SPVs (Domestic/Foreign).
  • Drive the preparation and consolidation of Group level financials.
  • Should be able to connect business environment, regulatory and policy domains with strategy.
Financial Management
  • Probabilistic modelling with high degree of business acumen
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, Cash flow Mgmt., Developing Standards, Audit, Accounting & Budgeting
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SAP
People Management
  • Ability to work in geographically distributed teams,
  • Influence internal stakeholders and Ability to interact with Senior stakeholders.
