Job Description

• Preparation of consolidated financial MIS
• Preparation of Consolidated cashflows are Group/project level. Detail monitoring of cashflows.
• To Prepare project financial models, feasibility and project business plan.
• To prepare various MIS for PE Investors which includes Project MIS, annual operating plan, business performance, variance analysis, competition analysis etc.
• To prepare RERA workings for RERA compliance
• Manage the P&L of all projects in the portfolio with respect to estimate and performance during the year inclusive of profit protection and cost analysis.
• Review the monthly Actuals results and Run Rates by region wise projects.
• To provide strategic inputs, structure the BD deals and optimize tax and cashflows.
• Providing strategic, insightful analysis of Real Estate industry financial results
• To prepare and update project business plan and track project health on periodic basis.
• To prepare long term business plan at Group level and form funding strategy for the growth.
• To track sales and collection forecasting viz a viz project development for projects in the portfolio.
