Job description
Role & responsibilities

Banking and Finance:
  • Preparing of detail Financial Projection for Fund Raising
  • Preparation of CMA Data for short term loans such as Working Capital Loan, Cash Credit, Channel Financing, Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit.
  • Prepare Information memorandum.
  • Screening new projects from pre-sanctioned stage and conducting feasibility / profitability studies & sensitivity analysis to determine the financial viability
  • Handling Pre Sanction and Post Sanction documentation.
  • Post funding lender monthly/quarterly compliances.
  • Resolving bank queries and providing required financial information to Banks for renewal of credit facilities.
  • Prepare monthly MIS as per lender requirement (Sales MIS, Cost MIS, end use etc.)
  • Handling all work in relation to Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit (Domestic & Import) and Invoice Discounting.
  • Liaison with Rating Agency (CARE) and provide required information for rating of credit facilities (Fund based & Non Fund based).
  • Verifying interest, commission and charges debited by the Bank against facilities such as Term loan, Cash Credit, Working Capital Loan, Bill Discounting, etc. and follow up for reversal of excess interest/charges.
  • Maintain and update Due Date Tracker of various credit facilities/loans availed from Banks/FI and ensure timely repayment of interest/EMI as per due date.
  • Maintaining cordial relations with Lenders and Partners.

Budgeting and MIS Reports:
  • Preparation of Annual Budget Plan in coordination with all departments head (Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Logistics, Operation, HR and Admin)
  • Preparation and Presentation Variance Analysis PPT (Actual Vs Budget)
  • Preparation and Presentation of Monthly MIS Reports : Monthly Profit and Loss Statement, OPEX and CAPEX Reports, Profitability Report (Product/Segment-wise), Project-wise Cost & Revenue Report, PPT for business review meeting
  • Weekly Cash Flow Statement, Monthly Customers Ageing Report, and Ad hoc reports required by management.
