Manager - Finance & Accounts, 8 to 12 years in Pune

Job Description

• Should be well versed with all the accounting operations.
• Should implementing & maintaining financial controls & procedures.
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger operations
• To prepare budgets & forecasts
• To maintain cash flow
• To manage team of 4 people.
• Looking after salary disbursement, Compliances, Vendor Payments, etc.
• To look into import & Export.
• GST, TDS, Audit,etc.
• Ensure proper maintenance of physical cash in the office & record information.
• Ensure that money received in any form (Cheque, DD, Cash, etc.,) is recorded & deposited into the Bank Account.
• Manage employee reimbursement & advances as per business travel policy.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• To maintain relations with CA & Financial Consultants.

• Preferred B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance) with 8-12 years of experience in Accounts function.
• Should be willing to travel within the city for bank related matters, CA Office.
• Candidate with Vehicle will be given preference.
