Job Description

• Budgeting & forecasting on technology finances.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Prepare monthly & quarterly reports.
• Send Analysis Report
• Prepare ad hoc monthly expense reports.
• Analyse the current process and recommend methods to improve the process.
• Monitoring the Gross Margin across all product segments
• Comparison and study of budget margin vs actual margin
• Negotiation with vendors for ensuring maximum margin
• Coordination with central team for running various promotion and ensuring that they are properly configured in system
• Ensuring that promotion are being run as per negotiation with vendor and recovery of same wherever applicable
• Inventory Management, Dump & Expiry Management and liquidation of inventory to maximize realization.
• Warehouse and logistics management at DC and stores
• Preparation of various category and supply chain related MIS
• Periodic GR/IR monitoring and resolution of outstanding items
• Periodic vendor reconciliation and resolution of outstanding item
• Supervising sales collection and reconciliation to provide Revenue Assurance
• Safeguard inventory & assets and ensure conduct of business within the regulatory & governance framework.
• Ensure due statutory compliance across the stores.
• Risk management by ensuring due insurance coverage.
• Identify and assess financial risks related to commercial activities.

• Degree in Finance (MBA) or chartered accountant
• Must have experience in budgeting & forecasting for Operating expenditure.
• Must have understanding on financial accounting & reporting.
• Proficiency n Microsoft Excel with advanced level of knowledge.
• Experience of 7-8 Years in Retail financing Or in Account receivables will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
