is is an operational role responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost effective manner Responsibilities ? Assist the legal operations team in connection with the Company?s Contract Management System and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same ? Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks ? Support on merger/demerger activities ? Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of network related agreements ? Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins & Lease-Outs ? Monetization ? Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution & Registration of Agreements/Deeds, Execution & Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations. Desired Skill sets ? Commercial Pricing ? Financial & Business acumen Knowledge of Data ? Voice & Managed services Analytical skills & Strategic acumen ? Strong presentation & communication skills Proficiency in using MS Excel & create iterative models
