Job Description :
1. Deal Execution & Due Diligence
• Lead financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions, mergers, and investments
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify key trends
• Assess quality of earnings (QoE), working capital, and net debt
• Identify financial risks, red flags, and deal breakers
• Review data rooms and manage diligence requests
2. Financial Analysis & Insights
• Perform detailed analysis of revenue, margins, and cost structures
• Evaluate sustainability of earnings and cash flows
• Support valuation considerations with financial insights
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements
• Work closely with investment teams, PE funds, corporates, and bankers
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
4. Team Leadership & Project Management
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Lead, mentor, and review work of associates/analysts
• Drive team productivity and engagement
5. Reporting & Deliverables
• Prepare due diligence reports, executive summaries, and presentations
• Clearly articulate key findings, risks, and deal implications
• Support negotiation points based on diligence findings
