Manager/Assistant Vice President - Legal, 6 to 10 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Candidate should be articulate, street wise & savvy. Out of box thinker & should be
• able to come up with alternate / feasible solutions. MUST have a strong
• Experience in Litigation & Non-Litigation matters, M&A & Treasury activities.
• Should have prior experience of working in financial services industry.
• Flagship company is the listed company in the Group. It holds a Category-I
• Merchant Banking Licence. The activities are Debt syndication, equity capital
• markets IPO, Pre-IPO, QIPs etc.
• Broking, both Institutional and Retail
• Wealth: Distribution of MF and wealth products, Family Office business (HNIs and
• UHNIs) both local and offshore jurisdictions.
• Asset Management Business: Two funds Credit Opportunities Fund (COF)
• and Green Shoots Fund. COF does large mature deals whilst Green Shoots does
• Corporate Agent: Insurance, Infra Advisory Business
• Lending company Housing Finance
• Litigations recoveries before the NCLT, Arbitrations, S.138 matters and Court
