Manager/ AGM - Fund Raising, 10 to 15 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the company\'s growth plans and objectives
• Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
• Managing relationship with the Banks & Financial Institutions for raising Debt including Securitization, term loan, etc.
• Transaction Management including structuring, negotiation and closure
• Benchmark debt pricing and terms with Industry
• Adopt and implement cost reduction strategies in Debt Portfolio

• Manage end to end transaction documentation inter alia including discussion on transaction documents, pre commitment and pre disbursement compliances.
• Management of the internal dashboard and treasury MIS, which shall involve review, validation and updating it on a quarterly basis.
• Liaison and negotiate with banks for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favorable terms
• Monitoring the debt profile, ensuring compliance of post disbursement conditions, repayments and handling consortium meetings.
• Tie up funding requirements in a timely manner and make sure funds are available as needed for the project
• To build strong and highly motivated team that provide seamless functional support.
• Maintaining relationship with investors, bankers and rating agencies and ensuring compliance fulfilment.
• Prepare Corporate & Project specific Presentations for discussion with lenders
