Role : Manager - Accounts & Tax - CA

Job Description :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Reporting:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with IND AS.- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually.- Preparation and review financial statements and MIS reports as per the requirement. - Ensuring accounting compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other relevant laws and - Cashflow, Budgeting and Other reporting requirements.Taxation:- Manage direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).- Ensure timely filing of returns, advance tax payments, and assessments.- Handle tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and coordination with consultants.- Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business and leading the team.
