Experience: 8+ years working as senior accountant in any family business.
Should have past experience of handling family office. (Director\'s personal file & group companies file.)
Having knowledge of:
- Accounting & book keeping in Tally
- Handling Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, Labour law related matters (PF, ESI etc.) including:
- Preparation & filing of monthly GST returns, Reconciliation of GST returns with books of accounts and preparation of replies to the GST Notices, if any;
- Deduction & Calculation of TDS as per Income Tax act
- Preparation & payment of TDS challans & Filing of TDS returns
- Preparation, Review and Filling of Tax Audit, GST Audit
- Advance Tax (calculations and Deposit)
- Preparation of Income Tax matters including filing of Income Tax Returns, preparation of replies to the Income Tax Notices and representing before the Income Tax Authorities
- Handling bank related matters including interaction with bankers
- Preparation of management MIS for various control purposes
- Well versed with Accounting Reconciliations
- Skill Set - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Outlook, E-Mail drafting Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate should be resident of Mumbai.
