Manager Accounting Financial Reporting, 0 to 4 years in Gurugram

Job Description

• Preparation & consolidation for Annual Reports & accounts.
• Preparation of Financial Statement as per IGAAP and IND-AS including schedules and variance analysis.
• Assisting and closing the statutory audit related to Internal control over Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge of TDS, TCS and its returns.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and reporting principles.
• Good understanding Balance Sheet Reconciliations & GL accounting.
• Strong Knowledge of IND-AS
• Should be proficient in financial statement closure procedures.
• In- depth functional experience in accounting for all balance sheet / income statement heads
• Ability to meet KPI timelines including under stringent timelines and high-pressure situations.
• Own and drive creation and implementation of automation of accounting process
• The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy under pressure is important as during the reporting periods the team is required to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work in an efficient manner.

• CA

• Prior experience in preparation and consolidation of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of IGAAP and INDAS
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in preparation of FS
• Experience in NBFC is an advantage
