You will provide legal support to attorneys by assisting with matter management, including ensuring accurate data entry for matters in the firm’s matter management system, maintenance of case files in iManage, and assistance with the matter closure process. This role offers you the opportunity to leverage your strong legal background, effective and confident communication skills, and excellent attention to detail to support a large team of attorneys in a fast-paced environment.Job responsibilitiesReview and analyze third-party subpoenas, court orders, and other legal documentsPrepare and maintain detailed records of all subpoenas and legal requests received and processedPrioritize and manage multiple projects and assignmentsEnsure detailed and accurate documentationCollaborate with multiple attorneys on various tasks
