Job description
- Designed and overseeing all litigations.
- Drafts, assesses, analyzes and finalizes of all contracts & agreements.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of company.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure sync with legal regulations.
- Exposure in RERA Cases, District Courts, NCDRC.
- Settlement exposure with Clients.
- Vetting and drafting of agreements.
- Oversees and negotiates interactions with outside counsel.
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
Eligibility:
- Must be a Law graduate / Post Graduate with 8-10 yrs experience.
- Hands on experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
- Sound knowledge of Civil, Commercial, Labour and Corporate Laws
- Sound Theoretical and practical knowledge required.
- In-depth knowledge of vetting contracts/ agreements.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
