Legal Officer / Executive, 1 to 2 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• A well established manufacturing Company having office in Eastern Suburb, Mumbai requires for its Legal Department, Legal Officer/ Executive at its Mumbai
• Candidate is required to attend the offices of Solicitors/Advocates, Courts, Government/Semi Government offices, Local Self Governments, Tribunals at Mumbai Metropolitan Area or outside Mumbai Metropolitan Area particularly for matters relating to Agricultural land in Thane and Raigad District, to brief and assist the Advocates.
• Candidate must be well versed in Marathi and English language and able to read and translate the Government/semi government documents.
• Candidate is expected to be well versed with Computer operating systems and working in Word MS office.
• Preference will be give to candidates residing on Central/Harbor Railway line.
• Candidate is required to do routine work entrusted by Management relating to litigation or land development.
• Law graduates or fresh Law Graduate with one to two years experience in a Advocates office or any Company of repute can apply for the post.
