Legal Officer, 3 to 8 years - Chennai

Job Description

• Coordinate with Sr. Advocate, consultants and follow up company cases by research,
• Preparing and assisting for speedy disposal of the cases.
• Preferably more knowledge in handling land revenue matter and litigation.
• Drafting of memorandum of petitions, interlocutory applications, statement of objections, affidavits, etc.
• Handle legal matters of the real estate business, Legal Documentation, Notices, letter agreement, and contracts.
• Handling Client Queries, to Assist CRMs with proper legal advice by providing quality documentation.
